Wild-Dial is bucking the trend of so many ISPs these days in that we do not outsource our technical support to another country. Our support is based here, in the United States with native English speakers.

We realize posting this information may offend some people. That is not our intent, however, as we ourselves have encountered problems dealing with companies that outsource their support to other countries, we feel it is important to let our customers know that we do not do this.

We provide support in a number of ways, to the left, there is a link to our FAQ system. This is a constantly growing database of questions and answers. We also have links to popular and helpful shareware and freeware software. You can also use our contact form to send your request via email, or give us a call. We suggest you check out the FAQs before calling or emailing as we strive to provide a great deal of information there. Our FAQ database also allows you to suggest an article for inclusion in the database. We think of this as users helping users.
